Transfer fees apply only to group transfers from Istanbul Airport for arrivals on June 2, 2027 and departures on June 5, 2027. For transfers on other dates or for private transfer requests, please contact the Congress Secretariat—additional charges will apply.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Siyah Kongre

  • For cancellation requests made before April 2, 2027, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% bank charges from the paid amount.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 2, 2027.
  • Only name changes will be accepted after April 2, 2027.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.
